Phases Pole and Aerial Studio is Thanet’s only purpose-built pole and aerial fitness studio, located on the Westwood Industrial Estate, near B&Q and Hornby.
We offer classes in pole dancing, aerial hoop, aerial silks, static trapeze and aerial hammock for all levels from complete beginner to advanced.
We also run junior classes for children ages 8 and up in aerial hoop, aerial silks and pole sport.
Safety is our top priority. We carry out regular equipment checks and all of our instructors are Xpert certified.

Take a look at our timetable below. We’ve got daytime classes, evening classes and even some weekend classes so there’s something for everyone. Complete beginners are welcome to all classes unless the level ‘intermediate’ or ‘advanced’ are specified.
Book a Drop-In
Book a one-off drop in to give it a go, if you’re visiting Margate or your schedule means you can’t commit to weekly classes.
Pole drop-ins are £12 and aerial drop-ins are £14.
Pole Six-Class Pack: £60
The pole six-class pack gives you two months to use six class credits on our pole fitness and/or pole dance classes.
This gives you the freedom to try different classes, have a week off or attend more than one a week.
Aerial Six-Class Pack: £72
The aerial six-class pack gives you two months to use six class credits on our hoop, hammock, trapeze and silks classes.
You can stick to one discipline or feel free to mix and match!
